Token NomNom

What Token NomNom is

A game that turns leftover AI API tokens into points. Connect a provider, burn tokens, earn in-app coins, unlock achievements and compete on a live leaderboard.

Every other tool in this space exists to help you use fewer tokens. Token NomNom — also written Token Sucker or Token Burner — does the opposite. It takes the number everyone tries to minimise and makes it the score.

How it works

What it counts

Each request produces a normalised usage record: input tokens, output tokens, total, plus cached and reasoning tokens where a provider reports them, the model used, the duration and an estimated cost. Because every provider is normalised into the same shape, you can compare what the same work costs in tokens across models — an AI token counter and usage tracker that happens to keep score.

When a provider returns no usage data, the number is labelled an estimate. It is never presented as exact. An estimate dressed up as a measurement would make the whole leaderboard meaningless.

Spending real money, carefully

The coins are pretend. The tokens are not. Every connection carries configurable ceilings — maximum tokens per request, requests and tokens per day, and an estimated daily spend cap — and you see a projected cost before a burn runs. There is a platform-wide stop as well, because a game about spending money should have a brake.
